Trenchless water line replacement
For a failed or leaking water service line, the pipe running from the city connection to your house. We pull a new line along the path of the old one, so the driveway and lawn in between stay where they are.
- Replaces old copper, galvanized and lead service lines
- Two access pits instead of an open trench
- Located and pressure tested before we quote
Pipe lining
Pipe lining rebuilds a damaged pipe from the inside. Sewer laterals, drain lines, storm drains and drain tile. We scope it on camera, clean it, then cure a liner into a new pipe sitting inside the old one. Nothing gets dug up along the lined run.
- Full length liners, or a spot liner on one bad section
- Seals cracked joints and shuts roots out
- Camera scoped before and after
We find it before we price it
We locate and diagnose
Acoustic and pressure testing to pinpoint a failed water line. A camera scope on a sewer or drain line. Nobody can price a buried pipe by guessing at it.
You get the price in writing
We tell you which method fits, bursting or lining, and what it costs before any work starts. If trenchless is the wrong call for your pipe, we say so.
Two pits, new pipe in
We open two small access pits and pull the new line through, or cure a liner inside the old pipe. No trench across the yard either way.
We test it and tidy up
Pressure test on a water line, a second camera pass on a lined sewer. We confirm the flow and leave the site clean.

Questions
What does it cost?
Every line is different, so we diagnose it first and give you the price in writing before any work starts. Length of the run, depth, pipe material and ground conditions all move the number.
How long does it take?
Most residential jobs run one to two days. We give you a timeline with your quote.
How much of my yard gets dug up?
For a water line replacement, two small access pits, one near the property line and one at the house. Everything between them stays put. For sewer pipe lining there is no trench at all along the lined section.
Is every pipe a candidate for trenchless?
No, and that is why we check first. Collapsed pipes, bad bellies and heavily offset joints usually need an open trench. If yours is one of those, we tell you straight.
Where do you work?
Vancouver and across the Lower Mainland. Call and ask about your address.
Save the driveway. Replace the pipe.
Licensed and insured, open 24/7, and we tell you what is wrong before we tell you the price.
