Need a faucet installed in Vancouver?
Installing a faucet is not two supply lines and a wrench. A proper install gets quarter turn shut off valves, braided stainless supplies, leak free flexible connectors, sealed mounting hardware, and every joint pressure tested before anyone walks away. Half the under sink leaks we get called to in Vancouver kitchens trace straight back to a rushed install where somebody skipped the upgrades they were already standing in front of.
Kitchen faucets. Pull down units like the Moen Arbor, the Delta Trinsic and the Kohler Simplice are straightforward installs when the supply lines and the angle stops can be reused. When they cannot, the under sink hardware gets upgraded while the cabinet is already open. Pro style and articulating bodies, the Brizo Litze, the Grohe Concetto Professional, the Hansgrohe Talis, carry more parts and tighter tolerances, and sometimes need a deck mount conversion when the sink hole pattern does not match the new footprint. We turn up with the escutcheons and adapters for that.
Touchless faucets. Moen MotionSense Wave, Delta Touch2O, Kohler Sensate. These add a calibration step that most installers skip. The infrared sensor position decides whether the faucet works. Too close to the sink rim and it false triggers every time you wash a dish. Too far and it will not trigger at all. We set the sensor position, set the auto shutoff timer, check that the battery pack can actually be reached and swapped inside your cabinetry, and test the manual override.
Bathroom faucets and trim. Single handle on a Moen 1225 style cartridge, dual handle as you find in heritage homes, or widespread with an 8 inch spread between the handles and the spout. We bring the escutcheons for whatever hole pattern the existing sink has. Pop up drain assemblies almost always need a rebuild during a bathroom faucet install, because by the time you are upgrading the faucet the lift rod and the pivot ball have corroded. Doing it in the same visit is what makes the new faucet feel genuinely new.
Tub spouts and shower trim. Slip fit or threaded mount, diverter spout or plain. If the drop ear inside the wall has corroded, the wall has to open, and we will say so before we start rather than after. Shower trim, meaning the plate, the lever and the head, gets re trimmed regularly during bathroom updates on the same valve body.
Accessories are worth planning at the same time. Side mounted soap dispensers, filtered water taps and pot fillers all consume a deck hole, and most kitchen sinks only have three or four.

Or we supply a mid tier Moen, Delta or Kohler out of stock, or a high end Brizo, Grohe or Hansgrohe. Whichever way you go, the supply lines and the shut off valves get upgraded as part of the install.

We install the deck mount, route the sensor wiring, mount the battery pack somewhere you can actually get at it, calibrate the sensor sensitivity, set the auto shutoff timing, verify magnetic engagement where the model uses it, and test the manual override before sign off. Skipping that calibration is why so many touchless faucets end up annoying their owners.
Yes. Three piece widespread installs, usually 8 inches between the handles and the spout and sometimes as tight as 6. We bring the hub fittings and check the existing deck hole spacing before we quote, not after we have the old faucet out.
A 1 year workmanship warranty on our labour. Manufacturer warranties vary by brand. Moen carries a lifetime warranty on cartridges and finish, Kohler lifetime on bodies, Delta lifetime overall, Brizo lifetime, Grohe 5 years and Hansgrohe 10 years. We register the warranty in your name on any unit we supply.
Yes, and it is usually the smarter way to do it. Faucet, shower trim, tub spout, pop up drains and toilet in one coordinated visit. We work to your GC’s schedule, which normally means after the tile is in and before the paint touch up.
Yes, and it is included on every install rather than sold as an extra. Braided stainless replaces rubber, quarter turn ball valves replace multi turn angle stops. That one habit is why our installs do not turn into emergency calls two winters later.
A deck plate, also called an escutcheon, covers the unused holes and looks deliberate. The other option is a soap dispenser, a filtered water tap or an air gap in the spare hole. We will tell you which holes are usable before anything is ordered.
Yes. Both are common during a kitchen install and both consume a deck hole, so the layout gets planned first. Filtered water taps need a supply tee and space under the sink for the cartridge housing, and a pot filler needs a supply run to the wall behind the range, which is a bigger job than it looks from the showroom.
